This shot is an attempt to freeze water using an extremely high shutter speed, i used an exposure of 1/1000th of a sec. Since the shutter speed need to be extremly high, flash is necessary, which also added a sparkle to water here....looks like to my hand too.

I was under an illusion about such a phenomenon happening and it's good to see this shot which makes me understand that all illusions I have today might turn up to be a reality!
